Formerly an apple orchard, the grounds you see today farm the aromatic herbs and vegetables used in Cafe Cortina's distinctive style of cooking.
Since 1976 only the finest and freshest foods have been grown, harvested and prepared. The garden has been planted enthusiastically with the freshest rapini, arugula, radicchio, swiss chard, basil, rosemary, sage, pumpkins, peppers, heirloom tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant and other fresh ingredients.
70% of the summer's influences come from the garden. In the off season ingredients are mainly sourced in Italy, Michigan and California.
