Kujtim has been an indispensable part of Café | Cortina for over 30 years, beginning as a busboy and steadily advancing through roles including head waiter and Maitre d'. For the past two decades, he has served as our Office Director and Operations Manager.
In his current role, Kujtim ensures the seamless daily operations of Café | Cortina. From managing reservations, customer special requests, online marketplace orders, payroll and staff support, to maintaining our property's impeccable appearance inside and out, he plays a pivotal role in upholding our standards of excellence. Kujtim's deep-rooted commitment to hospitality and operational excellence embodies the spirit of Café | Cortina.
Beyond his professional commitments, Kujtim cherishes time with his family. He enjoys movies, fine dining, and passionately supports Detroit sports teams.
